IP Phone Settings

Allows you to edit the settings for each individual IP Phone.

Telephone lines allow you to register a IP Phone on the system and make and receive calls.

To edit an IP Phone settings:

  1. Log in to the Mypbxadmin web interface.
  2. Go to Features » IP Phones Settings.
  3. Click the "New" button.
  4. Enter the following:
    o You can enter a description of this IP Phone.
    o Optionally the MAC address of the IP Phone.
    o Choose which person owns the telephone.
    o The class of service if you have any set up.
    o Which mailbox to monitor for the message waiting light. This is also the mailbox entered if you call voicemail box ).
  5. Click the "Save" button.
  6. If a number will forward to the telephone line go Features » Numbers
  7. If Hunt group, queue or feature code will forward to this IP Phone then you need to set them to it.
