ATTENDANT TRANSFER :
Allows you to put a caller on hold and then call the person to which you would like to transfer the caller to. You would then announce that there is a caller waiting to speak with them.
How to: Dial the soft key that says TRANSFER and then dial the extension of the party you would like to transfer the caller to. After announcing that they have a caller waiting to speak with them press Transfer to complete the call transfer.
