Conference calling

Conference multiple parties into one conversation

How to:

When on a call with someone press the conference button. This places the caller on hold. Dial the extension or number of the person you want to conference in. When they answer you will see a Soft key that will appear on the LCD screen which says conference. Press the conference soft key and both parties will become joined on the same call with you.

To disconnect the conference call: press the Split soft key. This splits both callers onto separate extensions. Alternatively you can simply press End and this will disconnect both callers.
